Physician Leadership

Meet Dr. Agbayani.

Dr. Agbayani is the lead physician at California Advanced Aesthetics and Marin ENT. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry at the University of California, Berkeley. He earned his medical degree at Tufts University in Boston with honors including induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

He returned to the Bay Area to complete his Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Residency at Kaiser Permanente Oakland, where he received numerous teaching and research awards. With a subspecialty in Facial Plastics, Dr. Agbayani’s cosmetic career began to flourish.

In 1998, after completion of his training, he joined and helped build Marin ENT to its current form. In his cosmetic practice he focuses on surgical and non-surgical solutions so that he may accurately treat each patient.

In addition to treating pediatric and adult otolaryngology conditions, he performs advanced specialty procedures including hearing reconstruction, “surfer’s ears” repair, blocked tear duct repair, navigation endoscopic sinus surgery, office sinuplasty, snoring procedures, head and neck cancer surgery, thyroid surgery, radiofrequency ablations and laser laryngology.

Dr. Agbayani has been recognized by the medical community for his dedication to patients. He has served at Marin General Hospital for more than 20 years, including leadership and medical executive roles, and has volunteered with charitable organizations including Operation Access and Hospital de la Familia.

California Advanced Aesthetics now brings together seven current aesthetic and wellness service categories, with recommendations shaped through consultation, clinical judgment and individualized planning.
